If I could give ten stars I would!!! We are two days away from closing on our forever home, and honestly it would not be possible without Mrs. Combs. She was Great!! Tamera has been so helpful on a business and personal level. We told her what we wanted in our home, and she made sure we didn't settle for less. She was able to answers all questions we had throughout the process and ensured we were constantly updated on our construction status. We also want to personally thank Mrs Gabi. Not only did she handle and process our paperwork, she took time out of her busy schedule to represent us during virtual meetings and updated us with pictures of our home during the building phase. If you think that because you have a new construction home that you don’t need a realtor, you are absolutely incorrect. It was totally worth it to have a realtor like Mrs. Combs, to help advocate on your behalf and work out the major and minor details. And it costs you nothing. That being said, I would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We have been very indecisive about the best location for our family for three years. Tamara and her team remained patient and stayed in contact even though we did not have a plan. 2023, we decided to settle in a city that was ideal for our family and we started building our home. Tamara was in contact with us and the builder. We were very informed of the next steps leading up to closing. We have now closed (2024) and Tamara drove hours to be at our closing.
